This explains what information tallyward collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be plain about it. This is a general summary, not legal advice.
What we collect
Only what you choose to share: your email address, if you give it to get your result or the free checklist; the numbers you enter into the free check (such as your deductible and repair estimate), which on their own don't identify you; and, if you buy the optional Evidence Pack, the photos and details you send us to organize your claim. We also collect basic, aggregate usage data (such as which pages are visited) to understand what's helpful.
How we use it
To show you your result and email it to you if you ask; to deliver and complete the Evidence Pack if you buy one; to answer your messages; and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use your free-check inputs or claim details to advertise to you.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security -- but we limit what we collect and who can access it. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy; we don't see or store your full card details.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you. For any privacy request or question, email hello@tallyward.com and we'll take care of it.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. When we do, we'll revise the date below. Your continued use of the site after an update means the current version applies.
